RE: What kind of caster system, if any, would you recommend in order to
safely move that type of piano?

My first thought, also as a pianist, is that type of piano is designed
to not have wheels. By installing wheels, piano truck systems, etc. it
raises the pedals too high off the floor to be comfortable when playing. My
opinion is to buy a piano which already has wheels if one need to be able
to move the instrument around.
I played on a grand once that was sitting on a spider dolly with the
wheels still on the piano. When the piano was on the floor level (at a
convention center) it was easier & safer to move around. When they had to
put it up on a stage, the wheels were there and they didn't have to fool
with the dolly. Talk about uncomfortable to pedal. I advised a pianist once
(female) to wear very high heels or bring a THICK book to put her heels on.
I personally don't know why that style of piano was ever designed. Anyone
has to move a piano occasionally, even in a home, and it makes it very
difficult and somewhat dangerous.
   Just my own opinions.
