I am generally suspicious of quick fixes. I would wonder if enough glue got
to the right spot to stop the buzz and keep it from coming back. While it
takes more time, I would suggest removing the underlever and swageing the
lead to tighten it(or them)

Another thought about this buzz thread . Many Asian built pianos these days
incorporate a large wing-nut type bolt to secure the cheek blocks. There is a
small washer that threads onto this bolt after it comes thru the keybead. It
does not tighten and is there,presumably, so that the bolt does not have to
be completely removed.

Several times I have had these buzz like crazy. I just toss the thing.
