Tracking Program for Piano Collection

Greetings to All,

Last year a computer programmer here created two programs for the piano
shop to help us keep track of Harvard's 200 pianos. One program tracks
tunings while the other is for inventory. We are at the moment finding
these programs a bit unwieldy, slow and awkward to use. In the event that
this condition doesn't improve, I am wondering what else is out there in
the form of software that would fill our needs. I would like to be able
to track each piano, its make, type, condition, history, etc. and number
of tunings per year and date of last tuning and anything else that might
be relavant. I will appreciate any response. Thanks,

                                    Lew Surdam
