Depending on the time you have that may take 2 to 4 years. I don't know if the 1000 number is different for tuning electronicaly. I think it is most likely the same. If you have only been tuning for 3 mo. you still have a long way to go and should not get discouraged too much yet. Are you tuning your own piano now?
