My business stationery is printed with my E-Mail addresses. I assume that any
one that needs to communicate with me using a computer and modem will use one
of those addresses.
I can not imagine them using the pianotech list to do that.

 I agree that this list should be used for what it was intended , namely the
exchange of information and ideas of a technical nature, not for any
"commercialx "use.

I  would like to have the E-mail addresses of as many piano companies and
technical support people as I can get.
It only makes good sense. Should I have a specific problem regarding a
specific product, I can E-mail them direct, rather than going through this or
any other list,usenet,bbs,etc.
