Hi, Gordon, Two years ago I attended a class on just this subject. I do not remember the instructors name but his procedure was quite simple and easy. He drilled out alternate holes at the determined original angle. These holes were plugged. The other holes were drilled and plugged. Plaining and chiseling smoother the block. Plate installed, bushings replaced and new holes drilled. This procedure should serve you well. If you need it, I may be able to locate the handout. I do not know where I should start or what I may find on such a search, but I will venture forth with sword, shield, grieves, armor, et al, if you insist. Newton nhunt@gandalf.rutgers.edu
