NO! NO! NO!  Most people really can't tell the difference.  Those who can
are also bright enough to know the difficulty.  If they are willing to pay
for 3 tunings to get it up and 2 more to bring it back down, fine.
Otherwise .....

We had a flautist here a few years ago who had her flute custom made for
444.  She wanted the piano up.  Wouldn't pay the cost, made do by pulling
out the joints and playing at 440.
