I take care of an institutional B with those very thin glide rails. Predictably they have broken again and again. I ordered replacements from the mothership and they were concerned about matching citing a limited stock of older parts. Turns out they were right. What do you guys usually do with this situation as I doubt very much that those glides last very well anywhere else. ;-) Andrew Anderson
