All, We're trying to develop an instrument replacement program/spreadsheet which would help us project yearly replacement costs. Does any such tool exist?? In other words, how can we tell administration (bean counters, etc.) an amount we need each year and justify it in a way they can understand? All you "All Steinway School" folks, what do you do for replacement??? I can't find replacement in their materials, although they have very useful info about refurbishing, etc. Eric W., Fred S., and Don M, it seems you have something, but I can't remember... Thanks.
