Or sticking the blade of a large flat bladed screwdriver between the wheel
and it's housing and giving the screwdriver blade a whack should do the
trick.

I find that two screwdrivers (or small flat pry bars if you 
have them), one on either side, alternately prying gently left 
and right will walk them out easier than anything else I've 
found.
