[CAUT] New Renner hammers

Hi Paul,

I LOVE Wally’s naturals. Good question. Boy, I think I prefer the Naturals on uprights above anything, but these Blue Points are as good and maybe better on grands. I think they are better than the Abels. It’s hard, because they are so new. Vince loves them, and Rick Baldassin helped develop them, so I feel like a Neanderthal compared to guys like that.

Sounds like something I might try next time. I wonder how they would work on 1960's era Baldwin R's. I have a lot of those needing new hammers. I assume I order through Lloyd? I like trying different hammers, although my recent favorites are Wally's Naturals where I've gotten consistant results. How would these hammers compare with the Abels?

Paul
