I have suffered through various problems over the years, a couple of things I've found that help. When I get out of the shower in the AM I roll my towel up, place it under my armpit and GENTLY pull my elbow into my ribs, stretching my shoulder muscles & tendons out while they are still warm from the shower. I change position frequently while tuning, stopping at each "break" for a short stretch of legs, neck & hands, I have already had carpal tunnel surgery, not looking for a repeat. Massage therapists & Physical therapists can target your problem areas much better than a prescription from a doc.
