[CAUT] Selling Used P22s; was Position Announcement

Wow!  Even with inflation figured into it, in the Seattle area 13-year old
used pianos are not selling for more than they did when they were new.  I'm
really curious as to what they are selling for in other parts of the
country.

Reason I ask is I've got one about 13 years old on consignment in like new
condition on my floor and no one is biting. Sold new for $4K then, which
translates to around $5500 now. Problem is, sitting in the same room with
Pramberger PV118S, people would rather buy a new piano with better tone and
a 12 year warranty.
