BTW, this was not a good year: they forgot how to drill flange screw  
holes in a straight line. See photos below. They tilted fore and aft  
to such a degree, I had to shim under the front or back of most  
flanges, and also remove wood from the top to get them to screw down  
in something like a straight plane.
