[CAUT] locked practice rooms

Thanks much to all for the responses regarding locked practice rooms.  
I have compiled the responses and will give them to the dean for his  
consideration. I suppose the bottom line will be how much the school  
is willing to spend. I believe the school will do something to tighten  
security  but just how much is hard to tell at this point.
