Assuming you are running a Mac, have downloaded both the files and the  
MPlayer, right click (or "control"click) on the file, which should  
give you a menu that allows you to "Open with..." Choose MPlayer (or  
choose "other" if MPlayer doesn't appear, and then navigate to MPlayer).
	Alternately, select (click on) the file, then do Command-I (or "Get

Info" in the file menu), which will open an info window for that file,  
and look down to the segment in that window that has "open with" and  
do the same procedure. At which point, simply double clicking on the  
file will open it in MPlayer automatically.
