Thank you. What I'm hoping for is not just a cleaner or sealant but a chemical treatment that reacts with lead oxide to convert it to a stable form (like a synthetic polymer rust converter). Possibly there's no such thing. They can be wiped off with lacquer thinner or less toxic alcohol first, if corrosion is growing. The least toxic mix for sealing is shellac thinned with alcohol, and alcohol for cleaning.
