[CAUT] "Extreme" piano pictures wanted

Hi Joe,

I guess I better explain more. Maybe "extreme" isn't the best word. The only three pictures I've found that might explain what I'm looking for is the recent sledge hammer picture, the one where a D fell on its side from the stage lift, and an old upright that was left out in the rain. Some of the Youtube videos would work if I can capture a still. The catapult, an exploding piano, a piano dropped and exploding on impact, etc.

This composer wants something for a poster(s) to advertise some "experimental" music he is composing using the piano in some avant garde method. Actually. I'm not exactly sure what he wants to do, but it may include something "multimedia" or who knows what.

If nothing else maybe we can end up with some cool posters. "Students, don't try this at home..."

jim

All,

A composer on campus wants to know about the photo off CAUT (last month?)
with the piano cracked in half, sledge hammer, etc. Who sent it? Is it
copyrighted? What was the situation, etc. He has a project he wants to use
it in.

Would whomever sent that write me privately? Thanks!

Also, he want to know if there are any other photos out there that might
show something "extreme" with pianos. I'm not really sure how to find them
since the archives don't carry the attachments. Or am I wrong?

Thanks to all!
