List, I have a customer with a Kawai GS-60 that I'm replacing hammers, shanks, and flanges this month. Kawai has the original hammer for that piano in stock! My question is, would these hammers sound good after sitting on the shelf for twenty years? Kind of scares me a little, like for example, I would not buy a twenty year old tire that's never been driven on!
