[CAUT] international pitch reference

The only telephone-based 440 reference I've found is to dial WWV,
which is 303-499-7111
(happens to be a local call for me :-).  But it isn't a very
convenient source of a 440 pitch --
it only plays it during the 1st minute of each hour, and not during
the first hour of each UTC day.
