[CAUT] Original SD-10 Key Height

I think I have that same service manual (with the black & white photo of the
man and woman in a very crowded dimly lit piano workshop).  I was looking at
it recently trying to figure out this same question - it doesn't actually
specify the bottom or top of the keytop.  I'll take another look at it
tomorrow.
