Light fixtures, lamps, the FILAMENT in lamp bulbs, knickknacks, not to mention the assortment of stuff that ends up on soundboards. Having said that I have 2 suggestions the first you may have done already check the plate screws/bolts for tightness, I have had a buzz from those on occasion. The second goes a little more far afield. I once had a grand, fairly new, not a Kawai but with a similar damper tray. The locater pin in the dowel that comes through the keybed was a little too long and rattled against the top of the tray. It took me hours to locate it. As I wrote, then checked your e-mail something occured to me, you said you hadn't heard it when you tune. You need to ascertain what is different about the piano or the room when you tune and when the profs play, is the top up when you tune, down when they play or vice versa? Do they put their keys on the piano, on the floor near the piano, on the bench? Is the door open or closed, how big a room is it, etc. Go over it item by item until something jumps out at you.
