[CAUT] mean tone tuning-errata

I don't use it personally anymore, but kept a Baldwin D practice grand tuned
as such for a few years.  The accurate numbers you got should be very
helpful, but the most distinctive aspect I remember is that proportionally
beating wolf.  Very clever disguise.
