[CAUT] Anodized aluminum pins and capstans

David,

I use a pin drive made of 3/8" phenolic LE rod.. just because it was 
at hand, with a hole in it the size of the pins and depth I want to 
drive.. take a few whacks with a steel balance rail pin to form the 
bottom of the hole... brass would be fine as well I'm sure..
