The music director of a church for which I service 26 pianos has asked me to present a briefing for staff (security, maintenance and housekeeping personnel) on their roles in caring for the pianos. Piano covers, locks and moving immediately come to mind, along with closing windows and the appropriate monitoring of heat and A/C. I'd greatly appreciate any input from CAUT techs as to other info I should include. Has anyone done a similar presentation? I'd be greatful to hear about it.
