I think you'll find it's a miracle cure. Let us know, please, if 
repinning the two underlevers fixes it? Probably the underlever 
flange center is the offender, instead of the top flange center, IMO. 
While you have the darned things out, I'd still do both centers, even 
if only one of the two is tight.
