[CAUT] capstan hole plugging

I find that the putty epoxy David Stanwood uses for filling keylead 
holes works poifectly for this job myself.

      What are folks using these days to plug capstan holes for
    redrilling?  
    Ease of plugging and ease of drilling afterwards being the goals.
