[CAUT] Drill bit for agraffes

If no one has an answer, I would suggest test drilling and tapping in a piece of plexiglas.

  With a stripped 7/32 agraffe can I drill and replace with ¼ agraffe? What size drill bit would I use if drilling a new hole for a ¼ inch agraffe? Or, would I simply use the ¼ inch tap?
