Hi Richard, I've used PVC-E with good results. I'm wondering if tightbond trim and moulding glue would be good, but perhaps it's only meant for wood to wood contact. I thought contact cement was the glue of choice, but I've seen some bad key top jobs with the glue letting go. It looks like the glue was contact cement, but I'm not sure.
