  Yes, the offsets are meant to be stored in an ETD. But he does have aural instructions. Maybe a link on this page will provide that if you're interested.

    This is a dumb question but how do those offsets work? Do you store them in an SAT? I've always done my WT tunings my ear but that limits my repetoire to Valotti/Young, Werckmiester III and a 1/4 comma meantone without carrying a book of recipes ( the little yellow Jorgensen is a great book!).
