I have a Verituner and just plug them in. I also have a SAT but like the VT for this.

This is a dumb question but how do those offsets work? Do you store them
in an SAT? I've always done my WT tunings my ear but that limits my
repetoire to Valotti/Young, Werckmiester III and a 1/4 comma meantone
without carrying a book of recipes ( the little yellow Jorgensen is a
great book!).
