Nose grease, if you must lubricate. Nearly shower independent, 
and seemingly inexhaustible. Everyone has some. Some have 
LOTS! We've done the nose grease thing at least once already, 
to no apparent consensus. A slippery subject, it seems. Not 
even close to lanolin though.
