Now how long did it take Clarence to discover the "horror"? Think of the phone discussions, coffee with the Steinway representative, sending of photos, deliberations, going to pick out a new Steinway (they did do that, right?...hopefully with their technician), delivery of the piano, etc. That can take awhile...
