Hi, Others have spoken about the mechanical difficulties. Tuning would be "duck soup" if you use an ETD. Simply create the tuning then tune by whole tones, starting at your c4. Then offset the tuning 50 cents higher and tune by whole tones from c#4. The treble will sound lousey--and it seems unlikely that the bass strings much below c4 will survive.
