If they are Jansen Artist benches get a set of bushings from them and
install them.  Those parts are designed to wear so the main parts won't.
With new bushings they become stable again.

A while back someone posted some information on an adjustable bench that
used an air pneumatic system. I think the benches were from overseas
somewhere. If anyone has the information can you please send it. Also,
is there any way to stop the side to side wobble on a normal artist
bench? All of the benches are doing this and the faculty are complaining
a lot. Thanks for your help.
