[CAUT] underlever lead pliers

Steinway sells a pair, and I read in the Journal a while back (I  
believe the Tips Tools and Techniques section) that another company  
was making a pair, but I thought they were rather expensive.  It  
shouldn't have to be a difficult design.  Anyone with modest metal  
working abilities ought to be able to convert an inexpensive pair of  
parallel pliers.
