[CAUT] flanges

I've discovered a few of these after I had a work-study student who
hated work.  He made it through several areas before I got him as he
didn't want any kind of work but wanted the money.  He tightened flanges
for sure!

Attached is a picture to illustrate to students what may happen when you
over tighten flange screws.

 

In dealing with students it's nice to have some of these pictures. I
have enjoyed many from you in the past and hope you will keep sharing.
