Elwood,
I'd also recommend she exponentially increase her intake of water and =20=

learn some back/arm/hand therapy exercises and make them a regular =20
part of her daily regimen.  Book called "Treat Your Own Back" or =20
something like that (was loaned to me years ago and I don't have it =20
anymore) has excellent EXCELLENT recommendations.  Lots of experience =20=

with back problems since I was 20.  This has been the most successful =20=

treatment.
