Jim Coleman, Jr sells an aluminum version. You can make one easily with a
drill press, a 3" length of 3/4" dowel and rod stock. Rod goes into one end
of the dowel to serve as a shank for your drill as you clean the pins. Drill
out the other end of the dowel with a 1/2" bit to a depth of about 2" or so.
Fill this hole with hammer felt that you have cut with a 1/2" hole saw. Use
a 9/64" bit with the hole saw to drill out a hole for the balance rail pins.
Be sure to cover the punchings with newsprint or cheesecloth or something so
the punchings don't get all mucked up with the Flitz.

I use McLube either sprayed or brushed on the pins after Flitzing them. I
also lube bushings and balance hole with teflon powder as described by
others.
