A little addendum: I=B9m pretty sure Michael is contract, not employed. But
for some reason the contract is shared =AD one contract for two institutions.
So he should have a good perspective on the issues involved in the sharing
scheme. And please tell your administrator that $30,000 is too low, that
they need at least $40,000 to get someone worth having.
