BTW, I should probably clarify, first, that I was only repeating what was said, not accepting or proclaiming it as law, and 2nd, that the word, "everything" in this context means as an attempt to standardize a measurement with NEW models (meaning new SMLABDK and 45, rather than applying a new "spec" to older instruments) what had previously been a different recommended spec for almost every model.
