[CAUT] pitchlock

Whether I join 2 as per tricords or 3 depends on if they are all three
mismatched. If they are all 3 problematic, I join them all and usually start
tuning with the middle string and then tune outside strings. It really is a
bit of a back and forth affair with all 3 coupled. Between my RCT and ear I
settle on the least offensive place. It's not very different than tuning any
other problem area.
