Here at IC the stands are stenciled as well. The students are required 
to purchase their own stands for the practice rooms. It works for the 
most part. Workstudy students comb the building periodically for wayward 
stands. Also, on a regular basis a team is sent out to comb the dorms, 
churches and other venues downtown. The stands can be found all over the 
place!
