[CAUT] just tuning & equal temperment

David,
I have tuned our piano back and forth from a variety of 
well-temperaments.  I find it takes a double tuning the first go around and 
then at least one more in a week or less to get reasonably stable.  The 
sound-board seems to remember the pressure it was under and creep back a bit.
