[CAUT] notching

I have an old Oslund key machine which still works fine. I've used 
Spurlock's router jig with good success as well.

Filing by hand is pretty slow but can be accurate. I've done that on 
a few individual keytop replacements and touched up the fit with the 
keys back on the keyframe.
