Yes, I am very much looking forward to come to Portland in May. I have  been 
planning our vacation around the seminar. I'll teach what ever you want,  but 
I have two favorites. Psychological Troubleshooting. and Estimates and  
Appraisals. But if you want me to do the selling a piano tuning business, I'll  be 
happy to do that. My son is a CPA, and a merger and acquisition  specialist, 
(mostly for business in the $10 - $50 million dollar range). So  most of what I 
know about this subject I learned from him.
