Add the provision in the scheduling software that all piano reservations must be made XXX hours in advance - for instance, 36 hours. Then when, not if, someone requests a piano for that open slot tomorrow morning, it will be denied by the input routine. Most of the class and performance pianos get tuned often enough so that even if I couldn't get to it the day of the performance, it will sound OK. In case it is a last minute request, and I can't get to it, I would much rather tell the person myself that I didn't have enough time, rather than have the system give that message. It makes the system much more user friendly. Wim ---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
