John, I can't get the link to open -- all I get is a dark grey page, with 
or without cookie and ad control. Perhaps you could cut and paste the 
article into an email to caut. I get the rest of your website okay.

As you relate the situation, I think that I may email Barbara Cassaday and 
ask her what she is doing and why. However, I should read her article first.
