This is something I mentioned in my post about the Houston Symphony. I'd 
already established an A-440 policy here and if they wanted to use our 
pianos, I'd have to charge for the pitch raise & lowering. Their only other 
alternative was to bring in a C & A piano from the Steinway dealer here and 
that would cost them a good bit more money to rent one! So, I make some 
extra money and I love it. I don't even have to travel to do it! :-)
