Thanks Don. I have the catalog from 4/00 and the part #'s are....
150 grit #5050
300 grit #5051 It was $67 each and $115 for both. These are diamond
fret files.

They also have an offset file
#5053 150 grit
#5054 300 grit
$79.80 ea or $146.60 set.
This one is shaped different and may work better in the tight space
under the V-bar. This may be the one you mean. I may also ask Bill
which he sold. Thanks for the info. Which are you looking at?

For a number of years I have been using the guitar capo file that Bill
Spurlock used to sell. It puts a nice radius on a piano capo and I have
not had any problems since using this file. Bill dropped this item from
his catalog a while back.

I did a quick Google search and found the company that sold the file to
Bill. Go to: http://www.stewmac.com/cgi-bin/hazel.cgi?action=HOME&LOC=NB

They did not have the file listed on the web site but I called to see if
it is still available. They do still have the file and it is available
in 150 and 300 grit. Bill sold the 300 grit which has worked fine but it
takes a lot of elbow grease to do a particularly bad capo. I ordered the
150 grit to give it a try. Sorry, I forgot to ask for the part number.
The price for either file is $87.15 with shipping.
